Why have you refused my order?
We are a small studio with limited space and busy staff. If our workload is too much we will decline your order. This ensures that every order is made to the best possible quality and with the attention you deserve.
Why does the price vary depending upon the volume ordered?
Our production methods mean that we tailor every part of our manufacturing process for your garments. Setting up the many steps along the way takes time. Our pricing system means that the savings we make along the process when making multiples of the same item or colourway are passed along to you.
How should I take my measurements?
Please use your full height, standing straight in bare feet.
Don’t measure over bulky clothing as this will give inaccurate measurements.
Bust/Chest. Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest with your arms down.
Waist. Measure around the narrowest part.
Hip. Take your hip measurement from the low hip. This should be the largest part of your seat. It is not your high hip measurement.

Can I get my order faster?
We aim to get your order to you in a timely manner so don’t be afraid to ask if you are working to a deadline. However we will have to allow time to receive your choice of fabric and hand make your garments before they are shipped to you. Please be aware that our lead time is realistic and respect our scheduling if we have to decline.
